Ron,
What do you mean change this to informational and resubmit,
are you referring to the intended status field?

And surely, the clarifying text below doesn't warrant full
IESG or IETF re-review, and the intended status field is
removed on publication, so I don't see why a new draft
is required.

Finally, I'd like to see an official response from you on the
intended status of this document and why you're changing
your original position given the discussion that's just taken
place here.

Can you please share you logic with the WG?
