Very nice.

There is a little overlap with Merike's currrent practices docs
(see "filtering" in 2.2.2 and 2.8 of draft-ietf-opsec-current-practices-04.txt),
but your treatment is more complete and Merike is saying "here's what
people ARE doing", you're saying here's what people SHOULD do.

The purpose of this draft is to provide a very short list of the
'essential' practices for infrastructure security.  Ideally my co
authors and I want this to stand next to bcp 38 and 84 as the key 'must
do's' for operational security.  I hope this will have some real
operational benefit and look forward to a discussion about it on the
list and in Montreal.

This draft may yet be posted; formatting errors/language issues have
delayed its posting yet.
