Hi Pat.  When we put that in the charter, I was assuming that we would
get all the other documents listed, that they would elaborate and
extend the capabilities listed in 3871 and that the profiles would
be able to cite smallish, atomic capabilities from all the other
documents....for example the large ISP profile might assume a separate
management network is available for out of band management, whereas
a medium to small company network could not afford that kind of
overhead, etc., etc.

The question I have is do we, or are we likely to have enough of
the other documents written for profiles to make sense ?
