Progression of draft-bonica-opsec-nmasc-00.txt and draft-callon-misc-cap-00.txt

Hi,

We (as opsec co-chairs) would like to solicit comments on
draft-bonica-opsec-nmasc-00.txt  and on draft-callon-misc-cap-00.txt.

Both documents were presented at OPSEC at the Vancouver IETF, and received
some favorable comments (or favourable, since we were in Canada), and there
were no objections to progressing both as working group documents. They are,
in fact, listed in our charter.  

However, due to the small number of people present who had read either
document we would like to encourage people to comment on them. In a short
time they will appear in the drafts directory with working group names.
