Part 2: Filtering Capabilities for IP Network Infrastructure

Hi George, 

Some other top level points I can think of right now(I am sorry if they
have been included already): -

1. Time based filtering rules activated at a particular time of the day.
2. Filtering rules which only apply to only the first packet/ x packets
per second.
3. Ability to filter pre/post NAT.
4. Ability to do stateful filtering.
5. Ability to look deep into the packet and filter.
6. Ability to specify range for IP Address/ ports.
