-01 ops-nm draft?

Hi all...

I seem to recall Bill W. saying in San Diego and/or Salt Lake City that the 
-01 draft of the ops-nm draft, while not published to the i-d repository, 
was available somewhere, even in unofficial form?  True fact, or do I have 
to regurgitate the -00 draft internally here in presenting the state of the 
ops-nm effort to people?
