i like XNM (XML Network management) as a name and i like the concept. i see the
XML approach as being useful for both the SNMP/Expect/CLI world and the TL1
world. TL1 is still around because CMISE was too much of a jump with too little
gain. XMN could be very attractive to telecom network operators.
