i lied.  i have one device here that is configurable, yet only configurable
with snmp.  an apple airport 802.11 bridge/hub.  

and no, heas, it does not have a serial craft port <g>.  but the wavelan/
lucent/agere 802.11 bridge/hub i have does have a craft port.  but, if i
remember aright, i can not everything via craft that i can from snmp.

and i consider these devices to be a config pita.
