OPS Area Open Meeting

AS you may have seen, there will be an OPS Area Open Meeting.
Randy and I still discussing the content, but here is a
prelimenary idea:

   - agenda bashing 5 minutes
   - discussion on IAB NM Workshop items
   - open mike any topic

Anybody who want to suggest other agenda items, pls do so asap.
