Sounds good. 

Also:

   o  Update authors and acknowledgements (fix Andy's email, spell
Sharon's
      name correctly).
   o  Clarify that restrictions on locking a modified configuration
      apply to the candidate configuration.
   o  Update IANA considerations.  New NETCONF capabilities require IETF
      Standards Action.
