By the way, IMHO we ought to be equally, if not more concerned, with the needs of the enterprise as a whole and not just the interests of the network operator. I can't help but feel that there ought to be some needs related to user provisioning on this list, as well.
We can scope this effort so large that none of it will be successful or we can scope it to make a small but visible improvement in one narrow space of the deployed world. I'd prefer the latter. If it is successful, we might even be able to leverage it for other stuff afterwards.
