Where do you tell them that decisions are made in the non-outsourcing
case? Maybe we can call *that* the Policy Decision Point. ;^)

This is why I didn't want to choose between PDP or Policy Consumer
in the draft; I'm sure there are other candidates that could be
reationalized. I hope people bring all their favorites to the BOF
and we can choose from them there (or more likely on a mail list
after the meeting.)
I guess I have no strong objections to Policy Processor (except
maybe for the 'PP' acronym :^)
