The goal was more general commentary. Eventually, we want
to come up with the single set, but first we need to see
what terms are being used.

It is offered as two synonyms and I agree... let's pick one! 
I thought that would be the purpose of the BOF in DC; to get
together and agree on one set of terms for all WGs to use.

Note also, that the draft was obviously not a complete
representation of all terms. More will be included in
future versions and we are looking for input from the
group.
