requirements design team meeting summary

Hi Folks,

        Below is a summary of a meeting of the requirements design 
team on September 29, 1999: 

Attendees: Yoram Bernet
           Luis Sanchez
           Hugh Mahon

The attendees agreed that the charter largely covers what is in the 
existing policy requirements document, with some editing needed, and 
additional usage cases are required to give more coverage of how policy 
could be used. 

Currently known usage cases to be covered:

        - Fred's example with roaming users (Hugh will document)
        - a usage case describing how information could be provided in 
          signaling messages (Yoram will document)
        - a usage case describing a security use (involving a firewall) 
          of policy (Luis will document)

Additional detail will be added to the requirements document as well.
