THe problem is in the DESCRIPTION clause, not in the TC definitions 
(or redefinitions). In the DESCRIPTION clause there are
"true", "true(1)", and "true(2)" (and variations of false).
(And also in the textual overview as you point out).
Now, nobody looked at this to see if also the descriptors
for objects that are specified in intro text or DESCRIPTION
clauses were misspelled.

Both of these are problems that I believe are quite difficult
to solve, and are not limited to files containing MIB modules.
