Re: Standard way of referencing SNMP versions

The moniker SNMPv2 is vague.  It should be replaced by SNMPv2c, SNMPv2p,
SNMPv2u, SNMPv2*

Anyway, there is no "standard" way to reference SNMP versions.  The
above are used as common convention.

The "v1.0" tag is not great, though monikers of the form "version 1 of
the SNMP" and "SNMP version 1" will do nicely as references.
