I've seen the same in several other MIBs, and as far as I know,
this is the best current practice. When you need to be able
to look up the same info multiple ways, an extra table is added
which is used to look up the index in the main table. (The
columnar objects of the main table shouldn't be duplicated in
the extra tables.)
