transport address definitions

I have updated <draft-ietf-ops-taddress-mib-01.txt> in order to bring
it closer to completion. You can find the update at:

<http://www.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/~schoenw/draft-ietf-ops-taddress-mib-02.txt>

Non-editorial changes:

- Removed all the transport domain definitions that nobody really
  seems to care about enough to verify that they are correct or to
  contribute concrete suggestions.

- Added support for "simple" SCTP addresses (that is only a single IP
  address for multi-homed SCTP endpoints).

- Aligned the wordings with the INET-ADDRESS-MIB update which sits in
  the RFC editor queue.

- Added text which describes when these generic transport definitions
  should be used and which try to clarify the relationship with the
  definitions in the SNMPv2-TM module.

It would be nice if people can comment on this revision so that we can
finalize this document and start to use the IPv6 definitions.
