Look out for libsmi. This package includes a MIB compiler, called
smidump. It allows you to read an SMIv2 module and spit out an SMIv1
module (amongst many other formats), e.g.:

        smidump -f smiv1 ./IF-MIB

Libsmi is part of some Linux distributions. You can find the original
source at http://www.ibr.cs.tu-bs.de/projects/libsmi/. It is publicly
available under a BSD-like license.
