OID value for columnar objects in a table, order of objects

Hello,

Is it true that the value of the last component for
the OID values assigned to the set of columnar objects
for a table start at one, and are consecutively
numbered? Also is it mandatory that table, row,
sequence and columnar objects are followed immediately
one after another. as per rfc2578 i guess the ordering
is correct.

eg. xyzTable OBJECT-TYPE
             ....
             ....
             ::= { mib-2 1}

    xyzEntry OBJECT-TYPE
             ....
             ....
             ::= { xyzTable 1}
 
    XyzEntry ::= SEQUENCE {
        xyzobj1 Integer32,
        xyzobj2 Integer32,
        xyzobj3 Integer32
    }

    xyzobj1 OBJECT-TYPE
            ....
            ....
            ::= { xyzEntry 1}

    xyzobj2 OBJECT-TYPE
            ....
            ....
            ::= { xyzEntry 2}

    xyzobj3 OBJECT-TYPE
            ....
            ....
            ::= { xyzEntry 3}
