DEFVAL value for OBJECT-IDENTIFIER type object

Hello,

Is DEFVAL value of { {0 0} } for an object with syntax
OBJECT-IDENTIFIER allowed?

one syntax is:

DEFVAL { <descriptor> }
 
descriptor = identifier with an oid value.

What are the other possible syntaxs' for DEFVAL with
OBJECT-IDENTIFIER type objects, if any?
