I have been asked to speed up the Last Call process because this
document has already gone through WG and IESG Last Calls.
The current Last Call is only regarding the clarifications
to the compliance information. This Last Call will end November 8,
2001 instead of November 14.

There are some additional clarifications that are needed, and will
be made before the document is forwarded for IESG action.
Here is a summary of the corrections from Mike Heard:

RMON-MIB module

   - date clause value doesn't match the ASN.1 comment
        REVISION "199110010000Z" -- 1 Nov, 1991
   - IF-MIB reference update needed

RMON2-MIB module

   - IF-MIB reference update needed
   - ControlString TC is defined with another TC:
         SYNTAX DisplayString
      changes to:
         SYNTAX OCTET STRING (SIZE (0..255))
