Protocol macro example for IPv6

Hi,

Does anyone know of a protocol index definition for IPv6 (RMON-2
protocolDir table), or is there some submission for the same ?

The current RFC 2896 does'nt contain the example macro for IPv6
The ethernet frame type for IPv6 is 86DD
so that make the protocol Id for ether2.ipv6 to be
protocolDirLocalIndex.8.0.0.0.1.0.0.134.224.2.0.0

but is there comprehensive example for IPv6=20
with all encapsulations and the child protocols
