Closing down this mailing list

This mailing list was used in the early days of the
IETF SUB-IP Area to streamline/organize submissions of I-Ds
in the SUB-IP area and WGs.

Since most WGs have now moved to other (permanent) IETF Areas,
there is no need to keep this mailing list.

Lately I (as list admin) I have only seen spam and virus 
infected mail (which I believe I have managed to just discard
without forwarding to the list).

This mailing list will be closed down soon.
