Eric, at one point you offered to take this discussion to the DNSEXT 
Working Group. That seemed like a good offer because you are talking 
about features that are not in the expertise set of this WG. If the 
DNSEXT Working Group thinks that a change needs to be made in IDNA 
for resource records, they will certainly tell the Area Directors and 
probably this WG.
