apologies.  until now, it was a list of just the design team for the draft,
and hence was not archived.  i have turned on archiving, and future mail
will be found in

   ftp://ops.ietf.org/pub/lists/gre*

an ancient artifact.  there is no such working group and has not been for
over a decade.

currently, there is no gre wg.  the list might generate interest in gre-ng
to foster one.  then again, it might not.
