SNMP file transfer?

Hello,

I 'm new to the SNMP world.
I 've a problem in hand where I 've to transfer the
firmware/progrma file to my device and also need to
replace some configuration file on it. The device 
has SNMPv2 compatibility.

How can I achieve the above functionality?

I 've heard something about getbulktransfer MIB, but
not aware about the same.

Can someone please help me?
