I am maintaining an HTTP archive (via mhonarc) of the EOS 
working group mail at

http://www.snmp.com/eos/mailing-list

I plan to maintain this permanently; it might make sense to 
put a reference in the charter page.

http://www.snmp.com/eos also has the presentation Jeff Case
made at Minneapolis; I will put other presentation material
there as it becomes available.
