Then it will get confused with AGENT-CAPABILITES, which it is not.

Your table is policy management capabilities, so this one should
not get confused with it. 

I was thinking of moving away from the term "capabilities".

Perhaps SNMP Agent Capabilities to make it obvious it is not related
to the Capabilities table in the Policy MIB Module in the SNMPCONF
area.
