Closing down this mailing list

This mailing list served (several years back) as a place to discuss
the topic of configuration management. It was never a WG in IETF.

For the last year, all I have seen on this list is spam and virus material
(that I believe never really made it to the list, just to me as admin 
to review/check and discard).

It is time to just close this mailing list.

There is now a NETCONF WG with its oww mailing list (for those who
might not be aware yet).
