Seeking Gary Tomlinson

The CDI model document is about to come out as an RFC.  But we can't locate
one author, Gary Tomlinson.

If we really can't find him, the RFC editor will remove his
obviously-incorrect contact information from the document, and possibly move
him from "author" to "contributor" since authors are supposed to be able to
review the final draft of an RFC.  Since RFCs do not change after they are
published, we would be unable to change this back even if he subsequently
turns up.

If you have a means of contacting Gary, please send me a message (please
spare the list, don't reply-all ;-)).  Or forward this email to him.

If we still don't know how to find him in a week (March 2), we'll have to go
ahead with just removing his contact info.
