Abbie Barbir has agreed to do a short presentation and discussion on VPCN
(http://search.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-barbir-opes-vpcn-00.txt) at
the afternoon break on Wednesday.  We'll meet in Salon E/F from 15:00-15:30.
VPCN has a lot of good ideas in it, but it has been hard for some to grasp.
This will be an opportunity to learn more about VPCN and discuss where it
fits into OPES, CDI and WEBI.
