At the BOF, I put up on the screen both an old proposed charter that was
sent to the mailing list and a more recent edit incorporating all the drafts
and changing the emphasis slightly to reflect those drafts. The minutes
capture much, but not all, of the new charter (pretty impressive notetaking,
in my opinion).
The new proposed charter is at www.content-peering.org/CDINewCharter.txt and
is ready for people to comment, complain, criticize, etc. The primary
concern expressed at the BOF was that the schedule was too aggressive. In
addition, we collected some questions about what's in and out of scope, so
we need somewhat clearer delineation of that boundary.
If you want to see the differences, you can also look at
www.content-peering.org/CDIOldCharter.txt to see the old proposal, which was
sent out to the list some time ago.
