Re: What to call that direction/redirection/routing thing



1.Content routing -- NO. we're talking about routing the content request, not
the content. Also, as Randy Bush pointed out "routing" protocols traditionally
pertain to the setting up of paths/connections.
2.Steering -- NO. just sounds yukky for some reason
3. Request Navigation - YES. Pretty accurate picture of what's happening
4. Redirection - MAYBE. If not 3. then I'll take this.  Did I punch the wrong
choice on the ballot???
