New version of draft-ietf-ccamp-gr-description-01.txt

A new version of draft-ietf-ccamp-gr-description-01.txt has been published:

Section 6 (Clarification of Restarting Node Procedure) in this updated draft is added to clarify how to handle the particular case of the node restart: "If the restarted control plane becomes operational quickly, the upstream node may not detect the restarting of downstream node.", in this case, the upstream node may send a PATH message without recovery label causing errors and unwanted connection deletion.
