We (Hamid and I) see no problem with this becoming a working group document.
Basically it describes what to many of us is obvious behavior for GMPLS. After all the ER is optional in GMPLS anyway.
We should have described this behavior as part of GMPLS in the first place so it clearly corrects an omission.
