i agree to have this i-d as ccamp wg i-d, it covers
imho the need raised by overlaid control plane inter-
connection between lsr and oxc topologies belonging 
to the same administrative entity and this without
requiring any major extension required to the current 
gmpls signalling proposed standard this while allowing 
a much better integration (at least) from the client 
software side
