ERO Label Sub Object

Hi ,
        In optical networks is it assumed that ERO will always contain Label
subobject for an outgoing interface , or can we have
ERO label subobject for an incoming interface as well . If we look at the
processing of an ERO label subobject it is mentioned that downstream label
in the ERO subobject is passed in the Label Set object in the path message
to the next node , and Upstream Label in ERO label subobject is passed in
Upstream label in Path message to the next node .
       Using Numberred ERO subobject we can mention either incoming or
outgoing interface , can the same thing hold good for unnumberred ERO
subobject . The problem here is that if it is intended for incoming
interface then we need to check the interface
number with the PHOP to see if it is consistent.
