Questions on the i-d status

Hi,
 
I've read http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-lin-ccamp-gmpls-ason-rsvpte-01.txt draft.
 
What is the update status for this draft?
Will the ccamp wg accept this main idea? (e.g., GMPLS should supports call & connection separation and soft permanent connection, and ect.)
 
Is there an apparent liaison with ITU-T?
