TE-link's problem in LMP-0.5

Hi all,

I have some questions about TE links.

in [LMP] [Page 5]:
   LMP can also tell the signaling module the 
   mapping between TE links and control channels.
Does the mapping is 1:1 or n:1?

The end nodes have the mapping of local/remote Link_Id
for one TE link. If the TE link goes to state Down, 
Should that local/remote Link_Id mapping be deleted?
