LMP Message BeginVerifyAck and Hello

  In page 40 of draft lmp04,
<BeginVerifyAck Message> ::= <Common Header> [<LOCAL_LINK_ID>]
                                <MESSAGE_ID_ACK> <BEGIN_VERIFY_ACK>
                                <VERIFY_ID>
Shall we add <REMOTE_LINK_ID> in? That is
<BeginVerifyAck Message> ::= <Common Header> [<LOCAL_LINK_ID>]
<REMOTE_LINK_ID>
                                <MESSAGE_ID_ACK> <BEGIN_VERIFY_ACK>
                                <VERIFY_ID>
which is more fit to the discription in page16.

  Also, in Hello message,
<Hello Message> ::= <Common Header> <LOCAL_CCID> <HELLO>,
I suppose we shall use REMOTE_CCID replace LOCAL_CCID, that is
<Hello Message> ::= <Common Header> <REMOTE_CCID> <HELLO>
else the receiver node can not identify the "hello" easily.
