The latest version of the above draft is now available on the IETF
drafts directory. As per your email below, we'd like to request
that this document be taken up for Last Call by the WG.

We'd be happy to make any modifications that emerge from the 
last call, and prepare a final version of the document for
progressing it through the RFC process.
