Hi, Jonathan,

In page 63: 
Active bit: 1 bit 
    
This indicates that the Channel is allocated to user traffic and the 
data link should be actively monitored. 
    
Direction bit: 1 bit 
    
This indicates the direction (transmit/receive) of the data channel 
referred to in the Channel_Status object.  If set, this indicates 
the data channel is in the transmit direction. 
Channel_Status: 31 bits 

However, only the Unnumbered case has both A bit and D bit. The IPV4 and
IPV6 case only
have A bit. Is it simply an edit error? Also, shouldn't the Channel_Status
be 30 bits instead of 31 bits?
