Given that for the GMPLS signaling work, we have agreed (I think) to use 
SDH terminology (but possibly appended with SONET terminology as well), 
then I believe the -routing-03 document should be revised to include the 
SDH signal rates along with SONET, e.g., in Section 6.4.2, last 
paragraph, the rates "VT1.5" and "VT2", VT1.5 should be replaced with 
"VC-11/VT1.5", and similarly for VT2.

This of course needs to be done throughout the document.

For equivalent rates, you can see the -sonet-sdh-03 document section 2.1 
for reference.
