RE: Generalized Signaling documents

Chairs and authors/editors, if/when you go through a new
revision of the drafts (any drafts), pls take action

- to reduce the list of authors on the front page.
  main contributors (those who wrote say 30% of the text)
  can be on front page. Others can be explicitly acknoledged
  in the acknowledgement section
  An example is RFC2571 Acknowledgement section.

- Split your references in normative and informative 
  references.
