Again, what to do with user traffic is up to the operators. We, at best, 
provide some knobs to the operators. If the tools are available yet, 
they will be soon.

I am suggesting to have the flexibility to probe anything that the 
operators want. That includes the applications they use today, and the 
applications that they may use in the future (yes, we update our tools 
whenever new application becomes available). Many may think this is a 
moving target. So what? Our job is to make the operator's life easier, 
which in turn making their customer happy.
