yep, there is:

Identify your own addresses to wanderlust:

(setq wl-user-mail-address-list
      (list (wl-address-header-extract-address wl-from)
	    "a@bc.de"
	    "f@g.hi"
            ....
	    ))

Delete your own message from the draft:

(setq wl-draft-always-delete-myself t)
