Writing format=flowed mails from wanderlust

The emacswiki at http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/WlFormatFlowed
recommends that one can do:

     (mime-edit-insert-tag "text" "plain" "; format = flowed")

In order to compose mails with format=flowed set in wanderlust. 

However I can't get this to work, and have also tested inserting it
at: (eval-after-load "mime-edit" ....

I am running with Wanderlust/2.15.6; SEMI 1.14.6 (wl-beta from Debian
stable)
