Getting the modification to CVS in general is not the problem.  Having
dynamic calculation of an multipart/alternative's part is a useful
function (e.g. score depending on current context).  If you have a
diff, I push it to CVS with the correct author information in ChangeLog.

There is, however, a problem with pushing to CVS HEAD: The maintainer
of SEMI should approve the patch and sadly SEMI's mailing list is down
since appr. september 2010.

If no one protests I'll create a deticated branch for this and
possible further modifications and apply the patch there.
