Hi,

We have updated the draft including a more general presentation of the  
trnasition problem and the motivation for translators, and added a  
first list of requirements for translators.

the goal of the draft is to promote discussion and in particular tune  
the requirements

comments are very welcome, in particular, feedback from people  
exploring solutions would be great
